Dynamic Team Creation Programme

This highly interactive programme is designed for a group size of 25 to 50 participants per session. The entire programme is a high impact adventure in leadership and team dynamics to ensure the entire group has ample opportunity to discover and absorb learning values through ample activities and reviews to encourage application and integration of the appropriate values.

The foundation of our programmes is Self Awareness. Participants will be coached to

  •  Recognize their map of the world
  •  Notice their automatic behavior in various life situations
  •  Take ownership of who they are and how they operate in life
  •  Make new choices in alignment with their stand for excellence

The purpose of our programmes is EFFECTIVENESS. 

Throughout the programme, the group will be exploring Dynamic Team Creation elements and during reflection, which is a critical part of the programme, the participants get to 

  • Identify areas in their life they are being effective, as well as ineffective
  • Explore some key factors that are vital for the overall success of any individual and understand how these influence the overall team success.

These are some of the areas the participants will surface and integrate during the workshop.

Each exercise and module is uniquely designed & created, taking your organization’s current & relevant goals and objectives in mind. The ambition is to facilitate and coach the integration of personal skills & natural talents within the team.

This programme is designed in 3 phases

  •  Phase 1 –  Pre-workshop Questionnaire
  •  Phase 2 –  Orientation ⁄ Prep Call ⁄ One to one interview
  •  Phase 3 –  Dynamic Team Creation − Discovery Days

Phase 1 − Pre-programme Questionnaire

The programme begins with a questionnaire that will have the participants look at their current view of the world, to be completed 2 weeks before the programme.

Phase 2− Orientation ⁄ Prep Call 

An option of either

  • a 1.5 hour orientation session with all participants to be held at client’s own venue, or 
  • each participant will get a 5 to 10 minutes telephone call from our team to prepare them for the programme.
