This programme is designed in 3 phases
- Phase 1 – Pre-workshop Questionnaire
- Phase 2 – Orientation ⁄ Prep Call ⁄ One to one interview
- Phase 3 – Dynamic Team Creation − Discovery Days
Phase 1 − Pre-programme Questionnaire
The programme begins with a questionnaire that will have the participants look at their current view of the world, to be completed 2 weeks before the programme.
Phase 2− Orientation ⁄ Prep Call
An option of either
- a 1.5 hour orientation session with all participants to be held at client’s own venue, or
- each participant will get a 5 to 10 minutes telephone call from our team to prepare them for the programme.
